This is more a review of the company. Bed is lovely and sturdy. Fulfils our requirements perfectly. We were in the process of converting from cot to bed and discovered no bolts either by misplacing or not in package and company dispatched replacement ones THREE years after initial purchase which is a definite compliment to them.
